You place a reservation, confirm it, and we deliver your items to your vacation home.
When you leave please leave the items that you have rented back in the place it was delivered unless otherwise advised. If we have to exchange an item because you changed your mind and want something different, you will be charged an extra delivery fee. If we come to pick up our items after 9 a.m. on designated pick up day and we aren't able to get them because they are still being used or you didn't put them in the designated area for pick up, you will be charged an extra pick up fee. You will also be charged for an extra day on all rental items. We work with most rental companies and resorts. We do not set up chairs and umbrellas. 
 

Return Condition

The equipment must be returned reasonably clean otherwise a $15 per item cleaning fee will be charged. 

Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach charge $30 for vomit/excrement detailed cleanup and $50 for smoke removal. If they cannot remove the smoke smell, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of each item. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy around the gear, at all times.

If items are missing or broken you will be charged to either fix the item or replace it.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the Terms and Conditions between myself and Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

I understand that certain risks of injury exist from the use or misuse of any baby or children item, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death from the use of such items. 

I understand that I am releasing Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach from any liability. 

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks above, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for the use of the rented items. 

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs or anyone using these items, hereby release, hold harmless, and agree not to sue Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach. 

I further agree that this RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall be governed by the laws of the State of SC and any court related issues will be located in the Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach's County. 

Finally, I have read and understand this Terms and Conditions Contract and RELEASE OF LIABILITY and fully understand its terms. 

I fully understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and I sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement.

When you submit a reservation, it is assumed that you have read to and agreed with these Terms and Conditions as well as the Release of Liability Agreement.  There is a minimum order of $50

You assume all responsibility for the items while in your care. By agreeing to rent items you cannot hold Baby Getaway Myrtle Beach responsible for loss or injury while items are in your care.
